Registration Guidelines

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 15 August 2017 – $200
  • Cancellation after 15 August 2017 – No Refund.

 

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing/email to the Meeting Secretariat. Refunds, if any, will be processed within one month after the meeting.

 

Letters of Invitation

Letter of Invitation for the purpose of visa application is available after you have registered and completed registration fees payment.
